The Ultix Core is an Enterprise Integration Software Development Platform.

The Ultix Core is an engine designed to run integrated enterprise applications. The platform is built on .NET 4.0 technology and at its most fundamental level, the Ultix Core platform is indifferent of any particular industry or business process. Both the client and the server can easily be extended and it requires only a relatively low effort to customize it for industries or companies, and can be tailored to fit almost any business process by a typical mid-level Microsoft .NET developer.

An organization could purchase an out-of-the box solution such as SAP or PeopleSoft for their “standard” business processes such as accounting or distribution. However, these products are not easily able to be extended to account for additional “non-standard” (company specific) functions. The organization would typically have to write custom stand-alone systems to account for their non-standard business processes, thereby eliminating integration across the entire enterprise. By utilizing the Ultix Core Platform, these processes can be written within a single enterprise platform taking full benefit of the ability to integrate with the various other processes that occur within the organization.
